At Greca Mediterranean Kitchen + Bar we are dedicated to bringing the flavors, traditions and techniques of the Mediterranean to the Litchfield/North Fairfield County area in ways that range from “rustic” to creative “gastro” approaches inspired by the traditional. We invite you to embrace with us the Ancient Greek concept of Ευ ζείν (a combination of “living well” and living a “good life”) that is captured in the flavors that we create for you in our Kitchen, and derived from the healthful ingredients we use in our cooking. While our lineage is Greek, our culinary point of view spans the entire Mediterranean, from Spain and Italy to Greece and Turkey; and on to Israel and Lebanon.
