  • Sponsorship Opportunities:
    • Business Scenes (monthly)
Business Scenes are monthly gatherings of 50-100+ people which include both Chamber and non-Chamber members. Business Scenes are free to attend and open to the public. The Chamber will use email blasts, press releases, social media, and the Chamber’s website to promote the event. The event includes time for the sponsors to speak which provides a great opportunity to advertise your company to many business-minded people in the community. The Business Scenes offer an opportunity for multiple businesses to sponsor a single event allowing businesses to align themselves with other successful businesses in a public setting and reducing the overall cost of sponsorship for each business.
      Fee:
      1. If the Business Scene is held at a Chamber-designated venue (i.e. restaurant), the sponsorship fee is $750. The sponsorship fee includes a $300 allowance to the restaurant toward the cost of food. The event will include a cash bar. The $750 fee may be divided among that month’s sponsor(s). We typically have at two or three sponsors for each month.
      2. If the Business Scene is held at an “offsite” venue (i.e. where the businesses provide their own catering), the rate is $450. The $450 fee may be divided among that month’s sponsor(s). We typically have two or three sponsors for each month.
    • Lunch & Learn Seminars
These are educational and informational programs. Past seminars have included discussions on topics such as networking, advertising, marketing, health insurance, investments and retirement, small business technology, and wellness in the workplace. If sponsoring a Lunch & Learn Seminar, you will have the opportunity to educate the attendees about your business and its function. What makes these seminars successful is to concentrate on sharing information about your business’ industry and how your business can answer that need. Lunch & Learn Seminars are free to attend and open to the public. The Chamber will use email blasts, press releases, social media, and the Chamber’s website to promote the event.
Fee: The sponsor fee is the catering and venue rental costs and varies depending on the number of people who register to attend. The approximate sponsor fee range is $250 to $400.
    • Breakfast Networking Scenes
This is an exclusive benefit for Chamber-members only. The BNS are limited to approximately 30 people and provide an intimate setting for each person to get to know the other people in attendance. The BNS are a terrific avenue to drive 30+ people to your business for conversation over breakfast. BNS are free to attend and held exclusively for Chamber members. The Chamber will use email blasts, press releases, social media, and the Chamber’s website to promote the event.
