Banner Ads On Chamber Website

Have your advertisement seen thousands of times each month on the Greater New Milford Chamber of Commerce Website.

Banner ads are available on several of the Chamber’s web pages allowing you to reach a targeted audience of web visitors. Banner ads will not appear on the member directory pages as these pages provide free business exposure to all Chamber members.

Technical Requirements

Banner ads can be in JPEG, GIF, or PNG format at a maximum resolution of 300 pixels wide by 250 pixels in height. Animated GIFs are allowed. Advertisers should email their completed Banner Ad Agreement to nmcc@newmilford-chamber.com and submit their ad below.

    Submitter holds the copyright and/or trademark and/or the rights to all content and images submitted, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Greater New Milford Chamber of Commerce in the event of any action against the GNMCC in connection with such content and images.

Website Banner Ad Agreement

________________ (Advertiser) agrees to banner advertising on the Greater New Milford Chamber of Commerce (GNMCC) website (www.newmilford-chamber.com). I further agree to the following guidelines for advertising on the GNMCC website.

  1. If advertiser is a Chamber member, they must be a member in good standing for the period of this agreement in order to receive the discount.
  2. Banner size ad must not exceed 300 pixels wide by 250 pixels in height.
  3. Online banners are accepted by the GNMCC based on the representation that the advertiser has the right to publish and display the contents thereof. In consideration of such online publications and display, advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold GNMCC harmless against any expense or loss by reason of any claims arising out of online publication and display.
  4. The GNMCC is not liable for interruptions in delivering and/or non-delivery in the event of an act of God or any condition beyond the control of the GNMCC affecting electronic publication and display of banner ad and/or production/delivery in any manner.
  5. The advertising fee is due in full prior to the online display of the advertiser’s banner on the GNMCC’s website and can be paid online.
