Astrology Basics with Cindy Davis

The JCC in Sherman presents Astrology Basics with Cindy Davis on Tuesday April 26th at 7:30pm

This introductory program will define the meaning and symbolism of the planets, Western signs of the zodiac, and the 12 house placements within a horoscope.
Why is a person born in April with an Aries Sun sign energetic, hot tempered, and insensitive, while a person born in May with a Taurus Sun sign is patient, stubborn, and loyal? This class will explain the reason for these differences.
Emphasis will be focused on developing an understanding of the meaning and function of these components to enable the participants to begin to understand how this cosmic science can be a tool to gain self understanding. Building a foundational understanding encourages an analytic perception of the role of archetypal patterns associated with the 12 planets, 12 zodiac signs, and the 12 house positions within the birth chart.
The class will encourage active participation fostering a fun and dynamic learning experience!
