Writing Motherhood: An Expressive & Creative Writing Workshop

Motherhood is a universe in and of itself. Creative and expressive writing can provide a much needed container to process the experience of mothering at any stage, whether in the throes of caring for a newborn or navigating teens and young adults.
In this workshop, we will read some short passages written by mother-writers in memoir, poetry, and fiction genres and then produce a piece of our own writing. Your writing piece can take any form: a journal entry, a poem, a collage of words, etc. Spark your creativity and connect with other mothers in this generative writing workshop. (No writing experience necessary).
