Join Amber Vlangas of Mindful Art and Sound for an Immersive Sound Experience. What To Expect: Guided Meditation & Visualization Vibrations of Crystal & Tibetan Singing Bowls, Chimes and more.

Release, Relaxation & Balance

Participants should wear comfortable clothes, bring their own yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering and anything else to make themselves comfortable.
