Connecticut Choral Society Presents ~ A Celebration of Vivaldi, Bach & Handel at Valley Presbyterian Church Brookfield

The Connecticut Choral Society is uniting singers, renowned soloists, and instrumentalists in A Celebration of Bach, Vivaldi, and Handel—part of their 40th Anniversary Concert Season. Featured works will include Bach’s only work for two violins, Concerto No. 3 in D Minor, Vivaldi’s joyful Gloria, and Hallelujah from Handel’s Messiah. The audience will be invited to join in the singing of Hallelujah. Under the direction of Eric Dale Knapp, this concert will feature renowned organist, Linda Sweetman-Waters, harpsichordist Max Vladimiroff, violinists Yevgenia and Sander Strenger, soprano Kristen Plumley, mezzo-soprano Jessica Grigg, ORCHESTRANEXUS, and the Connecticut Choral Society.
