Raptor Migration Watch @ Deer Pond Farm in Sherman

Birds of prey are on the move! Hawks, vultures, falcons, and eagles will be heading south to their wintering grounds. Join Deer Pond Farm staff anytime between 1:00 and 4:00 PM as we watch the skies for migrating raptors and other birds from our teaching terrace, perched at 1,200 feet elevation. Staff will have a spotting scope, extra binoculars, and raptor identification resources available—stop by, enjoy the view, and see what flies overhead!
