DESCRIPTION:SOAR Experiences is partnering with Deer Pond Farm to offer guided adaptive hikes for persons with limited mobility on customized Action Trackchairs. You will explore wide gravel trails traversing diverse habitats with CT Audubon naturalists and the SOAR team. The chairs move at a walking pace of 2 – 3 miles per hour\, are quiet and are customized for each guest by the SOAR Experiences staff.
