In this session\, you’ll learn about important estate planning documents like Wills\, powers of attorney\, advance directives\, and trusts\, and the purpose and powers included in each. Furthermore\, we’ll examine what happens if you don’t have a Will when you pass away\, how your estate gets divided amongst your heirs\, who can pay your bills if you can’t\, how to choose your power of attorney and health care agents\, and some common estate planning mistakes that you will want to avoid.
