The Merwinsville Hotel Restoration, located along the Housatonic Railroad in Gaylordsville CT, was a meal & rest stop for passengers traveling between Bridgeport CT and Pittsfield MA. Built in 1843, the Hotel is now on the National Registry of Historic Places and is a "work in progress".
