RVNAhealth, which merged with New Milford Visiting Nurse & Hospice and VNA Home in November 2020, is a private, nonprofit, Medicare-certified organization that provides exceptional home and community health care services, including wellness and prevention (skilled nursing, vaccines, immunizations), home health (visiting nurses, rehabilitation therapists), hospice care, community health and education, among others. Closed: The office is closed major holidays; however, the on-call person is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week through our answering service.
