According to new tax regulations, Chamber dues are tax deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses, but subject to restrictions imposed as a result of Chamber lobbying activities. The Greater New Milford Chamber of Commerce estimates that the non-deductible portion of your dues - the portion which is allocable to lobbying - is 5%. Investment Rate Schedule is based on a calendar year. Membership is continuous unless cancelled in writing.
